Continued success and growth forces us to seek additional Cheerleading Coaches to assist or head up our Teams ACROSS THE COUNTRY this season. Candidates must be team players and willing to coach all levels of teams and classes. We offer very competitive pay, and a great place to work. Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, but not required, and a gymnastics background is a plus. The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions. Champion Force Athletics, a dedicated force empowering youth, is looking for someone who can answer "Yes!" to these questions. • Do you have Cheer, Dance, or Gymnastics experience? • Do you enjoy coaching & working with children, ages 4-15? • Are you 18 or older? • Do you have a reliable vehicle? • Are you enthusiastic? • Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth? Applicant must be able to work evenings. - Classes may be scattered throughout the evening, but most coaches will work no more than 3-4 classes in a day. Must be able to pass background check. Only serious applicants need apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines. This Cheer Coach position is for weekday evenings, teaching youth ages 4-15. Experience with teaching children is a plus! Teaching responsibilities include class preparations, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and basic record-keeping. There will also be occasional meetings, clinics, and a cheer competition each session. Paid training sessions will cover our teaching guidelines, records, and assisting a veteran instructor to see how classes are conducted.
