Summary The Program Management Director is responsible for the successful and profitable management of a National Client. As such, the PMO Director will be assigned as the primary point of contact for the national client. This position will understand and assimilate the needs of the client and distribute accordingly to all markets where work is to be performed. The PMO Director will work with and manage the local markets as required to ensure the national client's work is being done to the highest possible standards and customer satisfaction. This person ensures projects are executed to the customer's satisfaction and in accordance with industry operating standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establish/monitor/manage annual & monthly budgets and forecast reports Manage weekly operations meetings with all markets performing work for client Assist in the evaluation and selection of local subcontractors in accordance with established procedures Establish/direct operating procedures within the Local Office in accordance with established guidelines and procedures of the national client Supervise employees responsible for end-to-end execution of complex projects Provide customer follow-up for: general inquiries, feedback on ongoing and completed projects as required Review Engineering designs, drawings and project specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements Complete local estimates and tender submittal packages Implements the working terms of the project contract Initiates projects, including identifying and analyzing preliminary needs, budget considerations, time and resource estimates and defining the project scope and objectives Provides direction and structure for the project, establishing clear and precise foals and objectives and establishing a logical objective basis for timeframes and budgets Tracks and manages the project budget Establishes and applies program level processes to ensure an efficient project implementation Acts as the primary project level interface to daily customer issues and updates Directs the project team, manages the work effort and tracks the progress against the project plan Supervise field activities to successfully implement all projects on site Establish/monitor installation schedules and delivery priorities Monitor/direct project overhead and operating costs to ensure profitability Supervisory Responsibilities This position has supervisory responsibilities. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ⢠15+ years of wireless construction experience; 5+ years experience with direct responsibility for managing wireless programs ⢠Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction ⢠PMP or equivalent experience in project management required ⢠Outstanding written and oral communication skills ⢠Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ⢠Must be detail-oriented ⢠Travel required ⢠Strong financial acumen ⢠Strong understanding of Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG&A), Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or 7 - 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
