LGS Staffing is hiring for a branch manager at Burlington, New Jersey. A successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) or equivalent work experience in B2B sales. Three to five years of staffing experience is preferred with proven managerial experience. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and be self motivated. Technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills) is considered a success factor. Candidates should possess a background in recruiting/staffing. We run a split desk; our Staffing Manager handle the recruiting/candidate side of our operation, but sales is still heavily involved. All candidates are expected to consent to appropriate screenings including background and drug checks. We offer employees a generous benefits plan that includes group medical insurance. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications between $55,000-$65,000 salary plus commissions, car/phone allowance bonus, health (50% paid). LGS Staffing is an equal opportunity employer. As a Branch Manager with LGS Staffing, you are responsible for: ⢠Client development- Develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services for temporary, project and/or full-time staffing solutions. - Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. - Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients. ⢠Candidate development- Recruit top local talent; interview and identify temporary, project and temporary to hire opportunities for these candidates.- Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance. ⢠Placement activities- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. - Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Uncover additional opportunities through contact with candidates on assignment and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates. ⢠General- Responsible for solidifying the company presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. In addition, other general duties are: (1) the daily operation and overall profitability of the branch; (2) the hiring, training and development of the branch personnel; (3) new business development with prospective customers in your market area; (4) maintenance and development of existing customer relationships; (5) building and maintaining an accurate database of customer and prospect information; (6) successful collection of all invoiced sales for your branch; and, (7) managing in a constructive manner the members of the branch team to successfully achieve individual and branch goals.
