Om Namah Sivaya! I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor currently teaching at a Yoga Center recognized worldwide for teaching classical yoga based on a tradition dating back several thousand years. I offer one-on-one private yoga classes in the comfort of your own home, guiding you through a variety of postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). The individualized environment I create allows to explore specific areas of interest such as alignment, focus on the present moment (meditation and breath awareness) or working on particular physical, psychological or spiritual needs. I specialize in working with beginners, pre-natal and individuals with arthritis or joint pain. $70 for a 1.5 hour class. $650 for a 10 class pass.
