Senior Marketing Communications Specialist Phoenix AZ

InMotion Hosting is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team in our Denver, CO office. As the Sr. Marketing Communication Specialist you will be focused on supporting InMotion Hosting's corporate communication, event and branding efforts. You will also play a role in sales and partnership communication efforts. To be successful in this role you'll characterize yourself as detailed oriented, fast on your feet, strategic thinker who is willing to roll their sleeves up and execute to get the job done. You will plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing communication programs and campaigns using an appropriate combination of internal and external resources. What You'll Do: Develop integrated campaign briefs encompassing strategic objectives, KPIs, timelines, and resources. Build and maintain relationships with outside business partners and vendors, including journalists, social media press and different kinds of influencers. Craft company communications from Executive messaging to consumer facing newsletters, press releases, white papers, email marketing and everything in between. Collaborate with all levels of personnel and outside contractors, including highly technical personnel. Link campaigns and messages to business goals, marketing strategies, and corporate brand themes. Manage multiple projects by thinking strategically, executing methodically and asking the right questions. Support industry trade shows and conventions. Understand and demonstrate how different marketing communication channels engage various audiences, both traditional and digital. Identify, nurture and help refine compelling creative ideas and concepts that translate to media. Ideal Candidates Have: 7+ years related experience with degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent. Experience managing PR media campaigns from strategy development through execution - fluency in social media, marketing and the tech & entertainment landscape is important in order to partner effectively. An understanding of the evolving technology landscape including trends, innovations and the tech and consumer media landscape. Excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills. A portfolio of writing that contains email marketing, public relations content, white papers, etc. Confidence in their strategic decisions fueled by previous experience and current market trends Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with the creative production and distribution process. A strong belief that collaboration is the key to success.
