Our dream modern home in central Austin. Great for families or anyone visiting or relocating to Austin. Fully furnished. Hardwood floors throughout the house, upstairs and downstairs. AVAILABILITY AND PRICING: We're looking for a minimum of six nights and prefer a month or longer. The house is currently available from June 20 - Sept 15, 2019. We will negotiate a nightly, weekly, or monthly rate with you. The nightly rate is $299 for six nights and goes down the longer you book. One month is $5,500. LOCATION: You're right in the middle of Austin in a quiet established neighborhood, with everything close by. The address will be provided after booking confirmation. If you're looking on a map, the house is close to Perry Lane and Placid Place (near Mopac and 45th street). Taco Shack, Draught House, Pinthouse Pizza, Central Market are all a 20 minute walk or quick drive about one mile away. The house is located close to a major highway (Mopac 1) so you can get downtown by Uber in 7 minutes. DOWNSTAIRS: The master bedroom is downstairs with an en-suite bathroom with a large comfy soaking tub, separate walk-in shower. Walk-in closet and wall mounted TV also in master bedroom. Spacious modern kitchen with six-burner gas stove top, built-in microwave, two ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large open concept island. Half-bathroom located in the hallway. Spacious utility room with front loading washer and dryer. Office with plenty of natural light, desk, and smart TV. UPSTAIRS: Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Both bedrooms have modern smart wifi TVs. There are two full bathrooms upstairs. Also upstairs is a game room/den with a couch and large screen smart TV. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Our favorite part of our home is our outdoor living space. There is a spacious screened in patio, with comfy seating, two ceiling fans, and smart TV. Outside the screened area is a deck with built-in kitchen. Memphis Pro wood pellet grill, refrigerator, gas stove top, electric outlet, and trash/recycling bins all built in. Fenced in back yard with plenty of grass for yard games or relaxing in the sun. The house also has an attached two car garage. We can make one garage space available for use during your stay and then you can also park in the driveway or on the street. PET POLICY: We are not allowing pets at this time. NO SMOKING POLICY: No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside or out.
