Hello! I'm a 21 year old, new graduate moving to Newark, Delaware who's looking to live with someone starting on or around June 1st, 2019. A bit about myself- 1. I majored in Computer Science 2. I'll be working at Bank of America 3. I'm very easy going and love to experience new places/foods 4. I'm a pretty good roommate: I clean up after myself, take care of my environment and I'm occasionally funny A bit about the apartments I'm looking at- 1. Allandale Village Apartments (https://www.apartments.com/allandale-village-apartments-newark-de/8nnb421/) 2. Cedarwoods Apartments (https://www.apartments.com/cedarwood-apartments-newark-de/fc95kgs/). Both are pretty comparable, cost around the same and only have minor differences, so feel free to check them out yourself. I'm open to hearing your opinions and deciding together. Both places have an onsite pool, gym, laundry services, security guards, parking and much more. Newark is a new city for me so I'd like to live with someone who shares some of my interests and is looking to work hard while also exploring the city and having fun.
