Senior Underwriting Analyst - Chicago Duties: • Establish and maintain underwriting documentation including input of documentation into company DMS system (Policy issuance/Contract/Visit Report details). • Input treaties and submissions into the company clearance system (Omega) and provide history of premium and current loss information (B.O. Report). • Premium processing ( Finalization / Endorsements/ Cancellations) • Maintain company Quarterly reports (Premium /ULR Adjustments) • Preparation of correspondence to reinsurance brokers (Contracts and Preliminary Notice of Cancellations). • Liaise to technical accounting regarding any required amendments Treaty Omega system. • Maintain the contract wording log. • Coordinate with contract wording department regarding any contractual issues. • Follow-up on missing documents signed by clients.
