AVAILABLE NOW, I have two rooms for rent in my home in Sacramento near the intersection of La Riviera Dr and Occidental Dr. The house is a 4 bedroom / 2 bath, has a back yard, patio, garden, and plenty of parking. Currently, one of the rooms is set up as a guest room. All bedrooms have brand new carpet. The house is about a 10 minute bike ride from Sac State, a couple of houses down from a beautiful river access (American River) and a big park, and is about 1 minute from highway 50. Looking for roommates that are friendly, clean up after themselves, and are not crazy. Students are welcome. I live in the master bedroom and own the house. I am in my mid 20s, am a CSUS graduate, have a chocolate lab, and am pretty active and always doing something. I enjoy hiking, camping, working on projects around the house, tinkering in the garage, and being outdoors. No smoking or excessive partying. Pets at my discretion, with additional pet deposit. Rent is $650/month for the smaller room (100sq/ft plus closet) $700 for the larger corner room (156sq/ft). Both rooms will share the rather large full guest bathroom. Security deposit is the same amount as your rent. Note that the rooms for rent do not come furnished.
