Growing Las Vegas Hospitality Company is currently seeking an Accountant with 2-3 years of experience. The Accountant must have excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to oversee the accounting process. Prepare journal entries and ensure that the general ledger activity is accurate and complete. Reconciliations of general ledger accounts and resolve any accounting discrepancies using multiple data sources. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities ⢠heavy accounts payable responsibility ⢠perform multiple restaurant & bar daily audits ⢠prepare and submit monthly sales tax returns ⢠inventory control and cost of goods accounting ⢠perform monthly bank reconciliations ⢠knowledge of prepaid & accrual accounting ⢠other tasks as assigned Education and Experience ⢠knowledge of Quick Books software ⢠familiarity of general accounting practices ⢠proficient in data entry and management Key Competencies ⢠attention to detail and accuracy ⢠confidentiality ⢠communication skills ⢠problem-solving skills Please send resumes.
