PACT for Animals, a non profit with a mission to offer long term temporary foster care for soldiers who have exhausted foster care options before leaving on deployment needs volunteers in the state of Delaware. PACT also offers foster care to families with medical emergencies who need peace of mind that their pets don't have to be surrendered to a shelter with an uncertain fate. PACT has fostered 800+ dogs and cats and counting. There is hardly a dry eye at one of PACT's reunions.
