Interior is in excellent condition with an aft berth that can sleep two easily and a front V berth that also easily accommodates 2. Engine cranks right away and purrs like a kitten; she has no problem getting on plane. No visible corrosion, looks new (well, it IS basically new). Less than 10 hours on motor since replacement. Gas tanks emptied and cleaned, new macerator pump, new prop, new aft shower parts, newer dual batteries (has battery charger), and the boat has auxiliary fuel tank for an extra 25gal. Main tank 55. The top and enclosure look good except the front windows are a bit faded. Minimal fabric fading, most zippers were replaced with new ones. Can enclose entire cabin. The boat is fast and economical. The condition of the boat is above average. Some minor spider cracks in the gelcoat for its age. Fresh bottom paint 08/2018. Boat was fully detailed/polished inside and out professionally 10/2017. Bottom cleaning and inspection is monthly in summer, bi-monthly in winter. This vessel has seen light use and has been well maintained. For a 25-year-old hull, you won't find many nicer. Hours on motors, less than 10, are since full replacement by me in 2017. I simply don't use it often enough. Interior equipment and the head work - seals recently replaced. Stove would work, but I never tried it since taking ownership. As a benchmark, dry storage on a trailer is ~$160/mo in MDR Anchorage 47 and the slip is $343/mo. Asking $10,000 OBO.
