Live African Soft Fur Rats (Pets/Feeders) Phoenix AZ

Pets: African Soft Fur Rats (or ASFs for short) make great pets and have less odor than the more common Norwegian rat. ASF pets must be purchased in same sex pairs. ASFs are a great alternative to Norwegian rats if one desires a rodent that does not surpass the size of a medium rat in their full adult state. Feeders: ASFs are the native food source for ball pythons in West and Central Africa, so some people turn to feeding ASFs to a picky snake that refuses to eat mice or rats. I am a small hobby breeder raising these for my own ball pythons. These are very healthy animals. I generally have amber/brown solids, amber/brown pieds, and amber/brown badgers.
