Team environment and supportive staff 5. 6-8 Month contract position with possible full-time Industry leader storm restoration company is seeking an Outbound Telemarketing Pro for setting appointments for free home inspections. We are seeking someone with strong work ethic and that's professional, outgoing, self-motivated, and requires minimal supervision. Strong customer service, written/oral and computer skills required. Outbound Telemarketing Pro • Must be able to train in field and learn our business from the ground up to understand our business model and operations. • Make daily calls to both existing and new customers to set-up free property inspections by our team of professionals • Must have professional demeanor, punctual, and dress professional always • Exceptional note taking skills both hands written and typed • Ability to probe effectively to get insights and pertinent info needed for "proper set" • Follow script, process and operational best practices • Enter key data into web-based system for every appointment set • Use web-based database and CRM for managing contacts • Do daily reports that document key performance numbers, challenges and successes • Maintain a company set average calls per day & appointments per week • Ensure that DND (Do Not Disturb) list is respected • Distribute and coordinate appointments via Social Media group app • Able to adapt, pivot and change gears as needed (be flexible) • Ability to assist in other administration duties as needed • Ability to work from home (remotely) at least one day a week If you are interested, please send your resume and why you think you would be ideal for the position.
