What We Are Currently Looking For: Help Desk Analyst I (Entry Level) - Corporate Office - Denver, CO This is an entry level position that provides first level support in a call center environment. Responsibilities will include the following: * Answers Help Desk phones in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. * Tracking support calls, setting up new employees with system access, terminating employee accounts from core systems and assisting senior support with projects as assigned * Ensures all questions regarding the use of information technology tools are answered in a timely and professional manner. * Monitors various network, e-mail, communication, and operating system entities ensuring timely action and notification in the occurrence of anomalies * Determines level of support needed for problem. Escalates problems to appropriate individuals or is the recipient of escalated problems based on established guidelines and procedures * Creates, updates, and issues call status information reports to employees and management using tools provided. * Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of Desktop Computing Environments. * Plays assigned role in rotating on-call duties with other members of Help Desk. Candidates who apply should have: * 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk/technical support environment or equivalent training and experience * Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and networking * Experience with Microsoft and Apple based products * Ability to research and document issues * Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential What It's Like To Work At Simpson: Why work for Simpson?
