The Paleo Diet is about consuming only whole, unprocessed foods, vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, high quality dietary fats, nuts, seeds and avoiding grains, dairy products, legumes/beans, sugar, trans fats, industrial seed oils and all processed foods.
