We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of "Accounting Assistant". Job Duties: ⢠Balance and maintain accurate ledgers ⢠Match purchase orders with invoices ⢠Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management ⢠Monitor office expenses ⢠Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances ⢠Reconcile/maintain/input data from various bank accounts and credit cards ⢠Assist Executive office with daily accounting duties ⢠Post transfers from various accounts Qualifications needed: ⢠Minimum two years working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports ⢠Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles ⢠Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks To apply, please email resume to "mary@sandsharbor.com" Interviews will be conducted as soon as possible.
