Facilitate payment of outstanding invoices by contacting clients via phone and email Maintain detailed and organized notes of collection efforts Monitor customer account details and identify and investigate non-payment issues Prepare A/R aging reports to present in weekly Collections Meeting Notify A/R Specialist of errors identified, including misapplied payments, and overpayments to be refunded or applied Communicate with internal team to resolve Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned Escalate problem accounts to A/R Specialist and Accounting Manager You... Collections experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills (required to make 50+ calls a day) Customer service orientation and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Comfortable working in a high volume fast-paced environment Why you'll love it here...
