This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has an outstanding reputation for service & quality. The position will be based in our Arlington Heights office. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Sort, code, and verify accuracy of invoices • Process invoices for payment • Update customer records with materials used • Assist customers with service orders • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and other office procedures.
