Job Title: Property Tax Processor I ** candidates must apply in person - these are direct start opportunities! Pay: $15/hr Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday but flexible to work OT and Saturday Location: Dallas, TX (Downtown) Procurement of Tax Status Procures tax status for various properties/accounts according to department policies and procedures within required Service Level Agreements (SLA) Communicates with taxing authorities to validate tax status on specified accounts Obtains and maintain daily production expectations and submit status report to management on a daily basis Adheres to department production and accuracy expectations Identifies imminent loss situations and informs management promptly Performs basic clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing of property tax and other information Key Tax Status into Applicable Systems Enters property tax data into ICGReal and other systems as applicable Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume, customer focused environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Time management and problem solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to meet deadlines accurately and timely Ability to key 100+ items into system daily Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is required 1 year of property tax or mortgage experience required Proficiency in using MS Office/Internet searching Data Entry proficiency - 9,000-10,000 ksph If you want this job, we require a drug test, office skills testing, background check & a resume!
