Colorado home owner looking to swap houses for a vacation!! Phoenix AZ

Are you needing a vacation, but the cost of everything is stopping you?? I might have a solution as I'm in the same situation.. I own a home in Canon City Colorado and am looking to swap houses for 3-5 days this summer.. I live at the base of the San Juan, and Sangre De Cristo Mountain ranges in the cute town of Canon City. We are home to the Royal Gorge bridge and park which is also the world's highest suspension bridge and the Royal Gorge Route Railroad which runs along the Arkansas River through the gorge in which the bridge is located. We are about 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, and about 2 1/2 hours from Denver. I have generated a list of places, both on and off the beaten path to check out if you would be interested in that. This is such a beautiful place! I own a 1200sq ft 3 bedroom 1 bath house off street parking in a centralized area of town, within walking distance to our historical mainstreet. Pictures will be sent to serious inquiries only. Now, what I would like to find would be something within walking distance to the beach. Something centralized as well. I would need a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment myself. I haven't set dates yet but am thinking in June sometime, so if this sounds like something you'd be interested in please respond!
