Wanted I need to let my lab puppy run with a trained dog Phoenix AZ

Wanted, someone with trained hunter labs for a little help. I have a nine month old lab pup that is a bit hard headed. He's all bird dog, but I can't trust him to come when I call him. He wants to play keep away with his duck decoy, and I don't want to keep training with a food reward.Because of this, I almost never let him off leash, because when I do, he will seek out and eat deer poop. I think if I could let him run free with a trained dog, he might pick up some training. He does have a lot of energy. He's an English lab with the energy of an American hunter. His parents came from Russia, and have champion bloodlines both hunting and showing going way back to the 70's from the USA many other countries.I do spend a lot of time training commands. I got him at six months. I don't think he was trained very well at a young age, plus his owner spoke Russian. He was initially supposed to be a fire house dog to sniff out arson, but the owner gave him up so he could travel.I believe he's a smart dog, and that he will come to a whistle. He really wants to track with his nose, and chase birds and rabbits. I have had him searching for shed antlers. He's a little bigger now than in the pics, about 60lbs and growing.If there's anyone that can help me get this boy hunting with a little discipline to retrieve rather than play keep away, send me a message.Thanks
