The Digital Marketing Specialist will generate edgy and fun marketing campaigns and digital assets aligned with our branding strategy to increase customer reach, customer retention and sales growth. This primarily B2C role that requires an individual with a passion for consumer behavior, a strong creative spirit, and the ability to be analytical. Does this sound like you? Responsibilities • Manage all social media posts and responses (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google) • Generate, edit, and schedule social media and collateral, including photo editing, driving organic customer reach, impressions, website leads, all while limiting bounce rates and ultimately increasing conversions. • Plan, develop and execute brand marketing efforts and determine what, how and when to advertise; including creating and maintaining a strategic rolling marketing calendar. • Support sales team by answering phones and directly managing and growing B2B wholesale accounts. • Manage our 7th Gear Program; community, sales, and renewals. • Design and maintain fresh landing pages, update site content and create product pages via HTML or CSS generator. • Manage and support all events near and far; includes some travel. • Manage employee morale reporting, organize and support team events, and support our hiring process as needed. • We are a small business, flexibility to take on additional duties as needed. Qualifications • First, you've got to share our values: We love our customers, we strive to elevate each other, we put the team before ourselves, we get the right stuff done well, and we love cars and community. • Recent college graduate with at least 2 years' experience creating digital marketing content. Provide Portfolio with examples of digital assets created. • Community/Social management experience; responding as an employee on behalf of a company to social posts preferred. • Track record of effective written and verbal communication. • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy. • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. • Direct success using tools such as; Google Analytics, Adwords, Net Promoter, Facebook/Instagram advertising, SEO, and email surveys. • Proven track record of attention to detail with consistency in quality of work. • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Several years of customer service experience with plentiful examples of going the extra mile on behalf of customers. • Optional but Strongly Desired: First-hand knowledge of aftermarket performance parts Applicants that do not complete the CVI assessment and/or do not attach a resume will not be considered.
