Job Description: Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. • Enter credit card transactions and obtain supporting documentation • Maintain vendor files • Enter invoices into accounting system • Enter deposits into accounting system • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries • Provide supporting documentation for audits • Maintain accurate historical records • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information • Interface with organization's staff as needed Qualifications: Knowledge of accounts payable • Knowledge of general accounting procedures • Knowledge of QuickBooks • Proficient in data entry and management • At least 2 years accounts payable or general accounting experience • Bachelor's Degree preferred Salary: $15 - $17/HR How to apply: Please respond with your resume for consideration.
