Laundry on site to use, large refrigerator and freezer available for you too. Large kitchen, familyroom, with Xbox and games, plus a game room with pooltable, dart board, punching bag, weight bench, weights, 2-treadmills, and exercise bike. Sorry NO pets, as I have pets here. No smoking in house. But welcome to smoke outside or garage. 420 is welcome here too. I have a great grassy backyard with lighting for entertainment, patio and BBQ grill.
