The Position First and foremost, you should exemplify extraordinary communication skills with both clients and coworkers. You should be capable of performing work with or without direct supervision and should have at least two (2) years of industry experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring social media platforms, writing engaging messages, working with our creative team to design visual assets, lead strategy calls and report results to our clients. Must have strong knowledge / experience with social media advertising and optimizing KPI's. The account manager should be excited about social media marketing and stay abreast of industry trends. This is a part-time position that will more than likely transition to full-time. The Requirements · Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing (SMM) including: Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Instagram, and more. · 2+ years experience managing and executing social programs. · Ability to create and execute organic and paid social programs. · Demonstrated experience working with social media platforms and tools (e.g. AgoraPulse, Facebook Business Pages, Yelp Owner Dashboard, etc.) · Passion for social media. · Strong written and communication skills. This position requires weekly communication with our clients (email, calls and/or in person). · Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Microsoft Office, and Canva. · Solid problem solving and research skills. · Self-discipline and motivation in an environment that requires strong attention to detail. · Passion and accountability for quality of work produced. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Preferences · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular). · Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Sprout Social, AgoraPulse, Google Analytics, etc) The Perks · Creative work environment. · Convenient Roseville location (with parking). · Socials, client events, and holiday celebrations are part of the norm!
