Dreaming of Vermont? THE TWENTY-ONE ACRES SURROUNDING OUR VACATION HOME IN MOUNT HOLLY ARE ONLY THREE HOURS FROM BOSTON! THINKING WINTER? HOW ABOUT NEXT SUMMER OR FALL FOLIAGE? Our non-holiday full week rentals run from Friday at 6 PM up until 12 Noon on the following Friday...the summer price is $975 (plus the infamous 9% "meals and rooms tax" imposed by the State of Vermont, as well as a fully refundable $200 security/cleaning deposit). Our winter guests are only seven miles (about 10 minutes) from OKEMO and about twenty miles from KILLINGTON...a long non-holiday winter weekend (from Friday at 6 PM to Monday at 12 Noon) goes for $975 (plus 9% tax and $200 security/cleaning deposit). WEEKENDS AND FULL WEEKS (AS WELL AS MIDWEEKS) ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR! Our large 3-story year-round vacation home will accommodate up to seven couples or one or two families. While there are only two "conventional bedrooms" in this all season, three level log vacation home, there are private sleeping spaces (all queen-size) for up to five couples and semi-private sleeping areas for two additional couples plus additional singles. The perfect size group would be one, two or three adult couples...with anywhere from zero up to five or six little guys. We are less than a mile from more than 100 acres of pristine LAKE NINEVAH...(Echo Lake, Lake Rescue, Lake Amherst, and Lake Pauline are all only a few minutes away)....and our canoe, two kayaks and a fishing dinghy (all people powered) are included in summer and fall.
