The Job: We are looking for an exceptional sales person who is able to build strong relationships with clients. The perfect candidate will be excited to take our print samples to designers in their showrooms in NYC and CA, as well as visit customers in other locations throughout the US. Our expectation is that you have the ability to increase sales to our existing clients, and a talent for sourcing new clients and developing relationships with them. We provide full training on our industry and sales methods, as well as sales support. This job involves traveling to NYC 2+ times per week, and other domestic and international travel as required. When you are not traveling, you will work in our studio office, housed in a beautifully restored factory building in Kensington. Experience Required: 3+ years in sales (business to business sales experience or work in a fashion showroom is a MAJOR plus) Job Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to lift 50-70lb sample case The Successful Candidate Will: Be self-disciplined and have a sense of urgency Have the ability to build strong relationships Be an excellent communicator- written and verbal Be comfortable presenting to large groups Have a track record of dependability Be goal oriented Have a history of success/being a high achiever Have personal integrity Have a positive outlook and attitude Have a track record of being a team player Have an assertive social style and good follow through Be highly organized and detail-oriented Be able to work independently and problem-solve when in the field Compensation: $40,000 annual salary Monthly sales commission Quarterly bonus opportunities PTO Paid holidays Subsidized health and dental insurance 401k matching program Other perks- bring your dog to work days, creative company parties, and more!
