Highway 18 is about 2 minutes away and highway 167 is about 8 minutes away. Just a short 35 minute drive to Bellevue, 45 minutes to Seattle and 25 minutes to SeaTac airport.  Amenities such as shopping, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, entertainment and many others are just a quick drive away. The bus stop has frequent stops and is located very close. Less than a 2 minute walk. The home includes many nice features such as: Fireplace, high sealings, washer, dryer, Stainless steel appliances, 2 living rooms, large dinning room, guest bathroom, 3 car garage, large fenced back yard with a deck, etc.  This is a quiet, non-smoking home and it's always clean.  The shared Laundry room is on the main floor.
