30-34hrs AM/Afternoon Nanny Needed for 4 Busy Sisters! Phoenix AZ

Our clients in BURIEN are seeking 34 hours/week of care for their four daughters who are 5, 5, 9 & 9 (that's right, two sets of twins!). Start date is somewhat flexible as their current nanny is available to stay with them until they find her replacement, but the sooner the right person comes along the better! ​ Their scheduling needs are: Monday: 7:00-11:00AM + 2:00-6:00pm (8 hrs) Tuesday: 7:00-10 am + 2:00-6:00pm (7 hrs) Wednesday: 7:00-10 + 1:00-6:00pm (8 hrs) Thursday: 7:00-10:00 + 2:00-6:00pm (7 hrs) Friday: 7:00-11:00 am (4 hrs) ​ ...for a grand total of 34 hours per week + occasional additional hours available during school breaks, etc. They'll also need someone with flexibility to work later hours when one parent is traveling for work, or offer date night sitting on occasion. ​ Mom describes their ideal nanny match as someone who is mature, organized, completely reliable, fun-loving, energetic, honest, and a great role model for their girls. Their nanny will be responsible for getting them ready for the day, school dropoffs/pickups, driving to activities & appointments, helping with homework, and running occasional local child-related errands. It's important to them that their nanny be a strong swimmer, and someone with a musical background who could help with piano practice would be a big bonus as well! Their girls are bright, sweet, and active--they really need a nanny who will be eager to engage with all 4 of them and who can balance their individual needs. Two of their girls need a little extra help focusing when it's time for homework, so a patient nanny with a tutoring or education background would be a major plus for this family! They'll also lean on their nanny for some household support including tidying up, home organization, errands, grocery shopping and simple (healthy) nightly meal prep. ​ This position does require quite a bit of driving so all candidates must have a license and a responsible driving history. A family minivan will be provided for on-the-job use! This family also has a puppy, so their nanny should be pooch-friendly :) ​ Pay will be $24-25/hour DOE, and this family is happy to offer guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid holidays, and accrued sick leave. They are experienced long-term nanny employers and are looking forward to growing with their next great match for at least the next year, hopefully beyond!
