Tea Machine Operators Wanted for Young Tea Company Phoenix AZ

We Will Train!! We are a fast growing tea company here in Carlsbad, west of the 5. Looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Positions are full time, not seasonal. Please email resume for interview!! Hours: 40+ hours per week. Monday through Friday. Working hours will be in morning between: 7am to 5pm. Tea Machine Operator job description: -Learn how herbal tea gets placed into a tea bag! -Operating automatic tea machine as much as 6 total machine running hours per day -Ability to stand for long periods of time while operating equipment -Leading tea production runs with the support of other machine operators and production staff -Quality control of finished product -Machine maintenance and routine cleaning -Completing batch records, filling out logbooks, and other relevant documentation -Maintaining and cleaning production suite -Troubleshooting equipment Reports to production supervisor EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member -Demonstrated ability to follow detailed directions and complete work independently -Experience with machine operations, data entry, inventory systems, and stocking is helpful We Will Train!!
