BESA, Detroit's most exciting food destination is looking to add dedicated and passionate line cooks to our dinner and upcoming lunch crews. We are building a kitchen culture where we strive each day to put out our best product. This is a great opportunity to work along like-minded cooks under a chef who loves to teach. The standards in BESA's kitchen are high and we are looking for cooks who truly want to make great food. Our modern approach to food is out of the box using both time-tested and modern techniques with both local and exotic ingredients. No job-hoppers please. This job will be extremely rewarding but will push you each day. Not everyone is up for the challenge, but for those who want to advance their knowledge and career look no further. Upscale dining experience and a culinary degree are a plus but not necessary. A positive attitude, attention to detail, great work ethic and dependability are a must. We are hiring cooks to start at our raw bar and hot apps stations.
