To do that we are looking for experienced recruiters to come and join the fun and help build something they can have a pivotal role in. This role will be based from our New York office, situated in the hipster neighborhood of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. This is where our Directors still personally train and develop our people to a high standard. The Role (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Principal, currently available) • Managing the entire 360 recruitment process • Winning new business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio • Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector • Actively headhunting candidates across the USA in the Life Sciences industry • Negotiating with senior level stakeholders • Buddying and mentoring junior colleagues coming through • When ready, building a team around you that so can eventually work from and be remunerated off the P&L • Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices and industries for the business • Developing through one on one mentoring with Directors • Developing through bespoke external training programs with senior level executives and NEDs • Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business The Requirements • Degree qualified preferred • 1 -5 years recruitment experience, preferably within one of our key sectors • Hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude • English = Fluent • Excellent communication skills • Ambitious and Self-starter • Competitive nature • Great interpersonal skills • Must have the right to work in the USA What we offer? • Full training and support throughout your career; we understand that it can take time to learn the skills you need to be a successful head hunter and will guide you through the learning process • Our training is run by our Directors; they are fully integrated in the company and are always on hand to offer advice or role play difficult situations • Career progression that suits you; one size does not fit all so we will work with you to ensure that you can progress the way you want to • Competitive salary and benefits • An uncapped Commission Scheme with no threshold - you will earn on all of your billings • Medical Insurance • 1.5 hour lunch breaks • 2 Annual company holidays; a summer trip and a ski trip, paid for by the company • Personal days in addition to annual leave for those emergencies you cannot anticipate
