2 Rescued Adult Cats Needing Home - Dog friendly Phoenix AZ

I am a foster for Saving Shepherds of MN and we recently rescued a german shepherd from a home in which no one lived there and the pets went to the bathroom in the basement and were fed every few days. We rescued the dog but there were 2 cats there as well. They were about to be brought to the humane society where they most likely would have been euthanized due to age (12 and 8) and weight (16 and 20 lbs). I currently have them living in my bathroom as I have another cat that does not do well with other cats. These cats are so sweet and super everyone friendly and dog friendly. When I walk into the bathroom they immediately start purring and rubbing against me and my german shepherd. I have their vet records up until 2016 when the owner stopped taking them in. They are overweight and I've been trying to get them to lose weight, but it's very hard when they're confined in a bathroom. These cats are so sweet and deserve a better home. They have their claws but there are no visible signs of any damage in my bathroom or to any fabric when I previously had them in my spare bedroom. They also have not gone to the bathroom outside their kitty litter box. I'm asking for a $100 REFUNDABLE fee for both cats. I will return the 100 dollars to you once you send me a picture of their records from a vet check up. If the vet appointment does not go well and you do not like the outcome of the appointment, I will then take the cats back at that time and return the $100 as well. Please text me if you are interested in meeting the cats and providing a good home for these sweethearts. Both are fixed and just need shots updated.
