Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will have strategic responsibilities for all marketing efforts including working with the General Manager and Sales Manager to improve our nationwide presence and expands the Vertical Markets for our Load Test and Large motor repair and rewind services. This position will assure the brand has a clear voice, stays true to its target consumer and remains consistent in messaging across all channels. Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain budget for marketing department. Improve Google Analytics, attain 1st position in large motor repair, rewind and load testing searches regionally and nationally. Keep well informed of industry and competitive trends; effectively communicate these trends to the organization and make recommendations as appropriate for new marketing approaches. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections. Responsible for brand management and corporate identity including images and artwork. Manage/order novelties, Christmas gifts, company calendars and coordinate Corporate Photographs and Image. Execute online marketing tactics through print, web, email eblasting in coordination with the Sales Manager. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize as required to ensure overall success. Develop a strategic calendar of events that will allow the company overall to understand where and when marketing campaigns will be launched. In charge of Technical Seminar coordination and display development. Order and ship novelties for technical seminars. Look for new technical seminars and ways to expand to vertical markets. Develop and Manage our onsite technical training program. Advertise courses, Market our training facility, organize classes, collect payments, book hotels and increase our profit and visibility in our industry. Organize internal events (Beach Party, Christmas Party, Beach to Bay, Charity events.) Write and create technical blog articles, newsletters, infographic, videos. Oversee social media accounts, and manage and update company website with latest news, technical articles and company/employee events. Skills/Qualifications Strong effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills: supported by references and sample documents/presentations Knowledge of the electric motor industry preferred Highly developed, demonstration of teamwork skills Demonstrate ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution Ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company Ability to lead in an environment of constant change Familiarity and skill with tools of the trade in marketing such as Adobe Illustrator, Access Database, Excel, and Word Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods Ability to work under pressure Ability to work without supervision Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing management 4-5 years' experience in graphic designing THIS IS A GREAT TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY - STARTING PAY WILL BE $55,000 - $65,000 A YEAR WITH GREAT POTENTIAL FOR INCREASE AFTER PERMANENT HIRE.
