Job Type: Full-time Job Duties: - Report to the Operations Manager for instructions on how to prepare and plan for daily staging needs by assessing the properties' requirements ahead of time. Choosing products within our current inventory and assisting with loading inventory items into vehicles. - Staging and styling homes by first helping to load in the previously chosen items and distributing them to the supply closet or throughout homes as needed. Placing and fixing art, photos, electronics like remotes, decorative items, or plants that have been moved/rearranged/out of order or altered. - Setting lighting, accessories, very light cleaning, and steaming as needed as to complete a welcoming feel. Setting thermostats to a comfortable temperature depending on the season and any other activities involved in preparing the home for the next guest. - Doing a final inspection throughout the home to make sure it is guest and photo-ready upon completion. - Keeping supply closet and other areas organized and always ready for the next job. - Maintaining in-home supply closet space, auxiliary units, and storage spaces organized and clean to keep track of inventory on-hand. - Managing your schedule as assigned and keeping on task at hand and prepping for upcoming jobs. - Receiving, sharing, and implementing daily logistics of jobs and making sure everything is completed in an efficient and timely manner. - Assisting with the Rubbish Route (pulling municipal cans to street and then back up to the property). - Assisting with Check Out Inspections as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications preferred: - Staging and/or styling experience preferred but not required. - Flexible attitude and ability to problem-solve easily on or off-site. - Organized and able to plan ahead and anticipate needs. - Experience with AirBnB/Vacation Rental properties preferred but not required - Good spatial reasoning and understanding of appropriate home styles and products to use. - Team-oriented and attention to detail. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required. Qualifications Required: - Able to lift up to 40lbs daily. - Able to work flexible weekly schedules and potentially full days on weekends - Fully functioning smartphone with app and web browser capabilities - Professional and courteous demeanor, able to clearly communicate with clients, guests and co-workers. - Good driving record and ability to drive a large van and/or truck of inventory to jobs. Experience: - Real estate staging or interior design preferred but not required - Experience with AirBnB/Vacation Rental properties preferred but not required - Previous experience in hospitality a plus!
