Construction Bookkeeper Phoenix AZ

Contractor Manager is a small construction management firm specializing in construction accounting. We provide services like bookkeeping, billing, payroll and general admin to approximately 35 companies in Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco. We are looking for a rock star bookkeeper with superior Quickbooks skills and a great work ethic. Primary responsibilities of this position will be: ▪ Accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry: invoicing/billing, verifying and entering invoices for payments, prepare check run, post accounts receivable payments, run monthly statements. ▪ Process weekly payroll for clients. ▪ Reconciliation of all accounts. ▪ Assist with general clerical duties. ▪ Assist in other projects as needed. Qualifications and Experience Required: ▪ Bookkeeping with extensive Quickbooks experience. This is a must! ▪ Minimum 3 years' experience in A/R and A/P accounting duties. ▪ Additional payroll experience is preferred. ▪ Possess a valid driver's license. ▪ Strong computer and communication skills. ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Job Requirements: ▪ Work closely with the Controller and follow department procedures. ▪ Full time 40 hours per week. ▪ Organized and detail oriented. ▪ Strong work ethic. ▪ Very punctual. ▪ Self-starter, eager to learn and take on new task. * GREAT ATTITUDE! :)
