Hotel Reservations Sales Agent Phoenix AZ

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is now accepting applications for their Reservations Department. Looking for a full time Reservations Agent to join the team in coordinating hotel bookings at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the La Jolla Shores Hotel. Responsible for taking and processing individual and group room reservations through telephone calls and internet bookings while maintaining knowledge of current room types & rate structures of both the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the La Jolla Shores Hotel. Extensive Sales and Signature Service Training provided. Previous hotel room sales/front desk experience required. Must have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, and strong ability to multitask. Experience with online travel agency distribution preferred. OPERA experience preferred. Candidates must be available for shifts between 6:30am-11:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, 401-k, and restaurant, shop, and hotel discounts.
