This pop up is not in perfect shape. Infact I don't think that there is anything on it that is perfect. But my family and I have used it 4-7 times a year for the last 2 years.
The good
Has working stove, refrigerator, air conditioner(window unit), water pump, light, exhaust fan.
It does not leak when it is down. Always stored outside and always dry when opened ( just opened today for the first time this year and i didnt find a drop of water inside)
The Bad
as far as water tight when up.... we have had it out once in the rain and the front bed did get wet. The outside of camper has some cracks half of wich have been opoxied by a previous owner and seem to be holding well. One tire leaks air (takes about a week) and both probably should be replaced.
I have a plastic tool box on front for storing chars and stuff. Tow lights work and it takes 2" ball.
