Moving to college and selling my car. It has some issues, but overall with a little TLC could be a great car. It's served me well for the last five years. Knocking down the price due to it needing some repairs.
The good:

New front tires
New battery
Clutch has less than 5,000 miles on it

The bad:
Registration expired but would pass
Some electric issues (needs new sensor, about $150) that cause it to chug periodically. But has not broken down.
Physical scratches and dings
Has been smoked in.
No AC
It's not an amazing car. It's the stock model manual. But if someone took some time to fix it's issues, it'd be a great car.
