Custom 1989 33' Capital Yacht Newport Sailboat EXCELLENT condition! Phoenix AZ

Hello and thanks for clicking my post regarding this gorgeous sailboat. Get ready to sail the open coast of beautiful southern California. This boat is registered with the Coast Guard and can be taken internationally. Take this boat out for romantic getaways or even live on the boat with enough room for guests as well. Comfortably sleeps 6 in this Newport Capital Yacht. The boat is in Marina Del Ray at "The Harbor", I can set up appointments to see it any day. I just put brand new wire rigging, some running lines, the mast lights and a few other things. This stunning engine is an awesome upgraded version and the picture speaks for itself. Extremely clean and great condition. I just replaced the exhaust mixer elbow and this engine purrs. This boat includes a dingy for island hopping and an attachable 4 stroke motor that's currently attached to the back of the boat. Jump between islands with the boat anchored or enjoy Catalina island and all it has to offer. I have an extra brand new main sail included with the boat worth over $10,000 among other great gear for the boat. (Life vests etc.) This was a "show boat" because it has features that almost no other newport has. There is an upgraded universal M35 engine 4 stroke with 35hp. It has an anodized gunmetal grey mast that looks MUCH prettier and classier than the standard model. The inside of the boat has the floor done with nice wood along with the walls inside the cabin. This is a feature that was not offered to regular Newports. I have every manual and piece of paper relating to the gear on the boat along with all past certification / documentation from the previous owner. (Auto pilot etc.) The surveyor who just finished assessing the boat said "I was crazy for trying to sell this boat, I should keep it". I am not in a rush to sell the boat, so no low ball offers. I am asking $26,999 because of its condition, it's rarity, additional features, and the extra $10,000+ value main sail. Other Newports available online are older, worse condition, don't have show boat features, and don't include the extra main sail. A dingy is included with the boat as well like I said. It can also function as an extra motor that can be used in an emergency to power the boat to dock if the engine ever gave out. Easily worth a couple extra thousand dollars. Speakers are wired throughout the boat so you can plug in your iPod or whatever you'd like and enjoy music on your journeys. There is a Tv in the boat as well that can be plugged into your laptop & enjoy the accompanied speakers. There are solar panels that provide a nice charge to the batteries and will make sure you are never left with dead batteries.
