1972 islander 36 sailboat, hull # 2730, sail # 34. has a perkins 4108 diesel engine, new water pump, rebuilt transmission, new packing box and packing. the bottom has already been sanded and it needs the bottom painted and mast put back on. it has a few places in the lead keel that needs new fiberglass and it could use a few new keel bolts sistered in to give it extra strength. it could use one main sail and one jib sail. it is in the yard right now. i have a clean title with no leans. i am in the process of fixing it up right now and as i fix things, the price will keep on going up. soon you will see this boat on yacht world at $25,000.00 so if you are interested in buying it at a cheap price, doing the work YOURSELF, and making $15,000 profit, please email me your phone number and i will phone you back and set up an appointment for you to see it.
