1984 Dodge 4x4 VanCharger Camper Van Phoenix AZ

This is a very rare 1984, 1-Ton, Factory Pathfinder Four Wheel Drive Dodge VanCharger Camper Van. Mileage at the time of posting this ad is approximately 109,145 Adult owner - Non- Smoker- No Kids. (Selling due to my medical condition.) The van is not my daily driver and has been used for occasional camping and Ham Radio events. ( Never lived in ) Lovingly cared for and never used or abused by me for Off-Road activities. I also drive it about three times a week to run errands locally and some occasional camping and radio events. The only change to the exterior paint is a wrap professionally installed in digital camouflage. The van originally had a brown paint stripe where the camouflage wrap is now applied as seen in the photos. The brown paint was faded and rather then repainting the brown stripe I opted for a unique automobile wrap. The tan color is original. The camper windows have also been tinted for privacy. The van has been maintained and cared for exceptionally well over the years. Please keep in mind that this van is 34 years old. Although it is not in perfect condition , it is extremely clean and the condition can be judged by yourself from the photos. Please note there are minor nicks, scrapes and dents. The interior is all original condition circa 1984 and in my opinion is in excellent condition for is age but you can judge for yourself from the photos. The sofa-bed flips down easily into a bed and can accommodate two adults. (The sofa-bed also has seat-belts for passengers)The sink works great and a new water pump was recently installed by me. (Original Factory 5 gallon fresh water holding tank ) The original factory refrigerator/freezer works like new and has served me well while camping in remote locations. The refrigerator can be powered off the deep cycle battery or shore power. No propane needed. There is a factory outlet when plugging into shore power located on the exterior drivers side. The only changes to the original interior is a new 13 inch TV/DVD combo on a swivel articulating arm that I installed and a 12 volt receptacle to charge 12 volt and USB devices. Also the interior lights have all been changed to LED's for more efficient lighting. The wood cabinetry is in beautiful original condition from 1984 and features many storage areas. The van has a deep cycle coach battery that charges when the van starts and while driving. Here is a list of the items that I have either added, had replaced or repaired. New High Powered 100 amp alternator installed recently. ( Cost $124.00 - Receipt) Manual Satellite Dish Recently added is a " Highland Ladder Rack System " and " Camping Lab " Awning with screen room. I have replaced the original Tires and wheels with new BF Goodrich All-Terrains tires and wheels.( See Photos) Total Cost New Tires and Wheels ($1,472.07 -Receipt) New water pump and all new belts professionally installed ( $578.81- Receipt) Professionally Rebuilt Carburetor ($421.98 - Receipt) New Front Steering Stabilizer Rancho Shocks Installed by me. Approximate Cost ($100.00) Golight Remote Control High Powered Light on roof. Approximate Cost ($150.00 - No Receipt) Four new" KYB " shock Absorbers professionally installed. replace EGR Valve and replace front disc pads, turn rotors and pack front wheel bearings. ( $753.63 - Receipt) Radiator Rod-out and professionally cleaned and add new antifreeze- Also Inspect front and rear Brake linings, check and adjust emergency brake and replace radiator cap, change oil/filter- ( $844.18-Receipt) The oil has been changed recently. I change the oil every three thousand miles or sooner. I change the oil myself using Valvoline 10-W-40 synthetic blend motor oil. I change the oil very often as I'm a fanatic about maintenance and clean fresh oil in my vehicles. The air conditioner blows cold for only for a few minutes and needs new Freon added. The air conditioner needs to be inspected and serviced professionally. The van has power windows and locks from the factory. The front passenger seats does swivel around 360 degrees. The transmission is a A-727 Torque-flight Automatic Transmission. The fluid and filter has always been changed by me many times. I also added a new transmission pan. ( See Photo) There is a small leak from the new transmission pan sometimes but stops when driven. The motor is a V-8 360. The motor has a small oil leak which I believe is coming from the rear main seal or possibly somewhere else? The oil drips on my driveway and I cannot tell where it is coming from? Feel free to bring a mechanic to inspect the van at your expense. All the fluids have been changed in the differentials and transfer recently. The van does not have a tow hitch installed.
