1998 Jayco Eagle 12 UD ST Tent Trailer Pop Up Camper Phoenix AZ

We are the 2nd owners of this 1998 Jayco Eagle 12 UD ST. The trailer box is 13' long and has a 2' font storage compartment, the tongue a 4' long and with the rear mounted spare tire the total length is 19'-6" closed. This trailer can be hooked up to shore electrical power as well as water and has interior and exterior electrical plugs. The trailer has a newer AC Delco Voyager deep cycle battery (only 1 trip), newer trailer tires (only 1 trip) mounted on white spoked rims, new tailights, a new WFCO WF-8735-P power converter (w/ manual) (2 years old) and a 5 gallon propane tank mounted on the tongue. It has a propane/electric Dometic refrigerator/freezer (w/ manual), Wedgewood-Atwood propane 3 burner cooktop/stove (w/ manual) which hooks up inside or outside of the trailer (we never used it and is in great condition), sink with a hot and cold faucet, Atwood hot water heater (w/ manual), shower, Thetford toilet system (w/ manual), an outside auxiliary shower as well, and two 6 gallon storage containers. There are plenty of storage compartments too! The front storage is full of accessories needed including corner stabilizing jacks, aluminum wheel chocks, hose, shovel, rake, electrical and towing adapters, exterior walk off mat, tarp, bottle jack, etc. etc. There is a full size awning the length of the main box, two large beds (with extra lighting, see pic) and the dinette also folds down for additional sleeping. The canvas is in great condition although it does have stains. All zippers and plastic windows work great. There is a spare tire mounted on the back. The previous owner was either slightly hit from behind or he backed the trailer into something so there is some slight damage that has never affected anything. Much paper work and manuals included.
