1968 Triumph TR6 Phoenix AZ

I have listed this bike down here because I know these are more popular down here and fun bikes to ride around the desert with. Although this is not currently set up as a desert sled it can easily be converted with a couple of easy inexpensive parts. Anyways I am located in Portland Oregon but thought I would try this area for a sale. Shipping is on the buyer but shouldn't be too bad from PDX to LA or that area. Here is my listing. Feel free to email with any questions about the bike. Selling my beloved 1968 Triumph TR6. These bikes were the original Desert sleds. I bought this bike several years ago and it did not run. It was a barn find with everything there. I stripped the bike down to frame, engine and parts. I took the engine to have it completely rebuilt by reputable Hugh Mackie of 6th Street Cycles in New York City. I have all receipts for the rebuild as well. I also had the frame professionally powdercoated satin black. All except the swing arm which I kept because it was in good shape. I have put a lot of work into this bike and it runs great! I have listed the things that have been done to the bike. I have all the original tins, and this is the original paintjob on the bike. I personally like the rat patina look so I kept it. It could also be professionally painted if one chooses that route. I have the title in hand and both the engine and frame have matching numbers. This is a great British bike and they are becoming harder and harder to find with all the original parts. There is some aftermarket stuff on the bike, but I do have a bin full of all the original parts. Some working and some not. Anyways if you are interested please inquire. Great ratty look for a sled.
