We manufacture Doweled Rail Fencing, Blunt Fence Posts, Interior and Exterior Handrail, House Logs and #1 grade Jump Rails at our mill in Hayden Idaho. Most all of our material is Doweled or Lathed. Each piece is the correct dimeter from one end to the other. They are symmetrical. Most all of our products are available untreated (natural) or treated (slight green tint). Our Doweled Post and Rail fencing is a great way to personalize and/or define your home, ranch, farm, business or recreational property. As we are the manufacture, we can custom drill your posts if you are matching up to a existing drill pattern. We offer several styles of tops, domed, flat or round chamfered or flat topped. We offer gates made from the same material that will match up with your fence lines. We offer 5", 6" and 7' diameter posts in the following configurations: For a two rail fence the posts; would be 5' tall, for a three rail fence, the posts would be either 6' or 7' tall. We offer a four rail fence using an 8' post. These heights allows for two feet in the ground, to figure the height above the ground, deduct two feet from the above height listed. Our rails are 3 ½" in diameter and doweled on the ends to fit into the drilled posts. We offer rails in 8' and 10' lengths. Our Blunt Posts and Rails are available in diameters from 2"-7" and lengths up to 20'. These post are great for a wire fence for horses, cattle, sheep, alpacas, goats, dog runs, flag poles, and crop poles etc. These posts are great for Deer (and Elk and Moose) fence posts because they are available in so many different lengths. We offer Tree Stakes in 2" diameter by 6', 8', 10' and 12', they are pointed and capped for pounding. Jump Rails: are made from the best material we have available. We ship our Jump Rails all over the country. The sizes are as follows: 3 ½" x 10', 3 ½" x 12, 4" x 10' and 4" by 12' House Logs: We manufacture House Logs on a lathe. Our range of sizes for house logs run from 8" to 24" in diameter and up to 24' to 32' depending on the diameter. These too can be treated and/or a hand hewn touch added to them. Architects, Draftsmen and Building Contractors the knowledge of the exact size of the material, there is no taper to try to figure out when drawing or installing our house logs. Our products are used to give a rustic, look to custom home interior and exterior entry ways, accenting interior ceilings and walls, interior and exterior decks and handrails, open log beams, replacement logs in existing log homes and anywhere that your homeowner would like the look of house log accents. Our house logs will enhance most all commercial and residential design. Handrail: The handrail we offer is available for interior or exterior use. A 2" x 24" or 36" is a standard size picket and a 3 ½" rail is standard. With a 6" post. There are quite a few options available.
