Works good, as does....Gas electric start hot water heater. The propane furnace is vented throught. The 4 burner Range / oven are clean and work well The interior walls and cabinets have had some custom painting but if you don't like it, a gallon of white can fix it. Ther was a prior leak over the cab but has been repaired.... NO LEAKS.... NO MOLD.... NO ODERS There is a 15,000btu AIR CONDITIONER/HEAT PUMP made by CARRIER. Also includes a nice 17 ft awning and a Trailer hitch. And their is a MOTORCYCLE RACK on an extended rear bumper that can be easely removed. There is an on board 4000 KW ONAN GENERATOR but DOES NOT START The TOYO OPEN COUNTRY TIRES are 10 PLY RATED and have 85 to 90% tread ASKING $6000 OBO It always starts and runs straight down the road.
