Ford 1700 Tractor Axle Front 4WD Compact Tractor SBA326310521 Phoenix AZ

This is one front Axle for a 4WD Ford 1700 Tractor. These tractors were imported by Ford from Shibaura, and the replacement part is no longer available. We make these out of solid billet 4140 Chromoly Steel, which is far stronger and more resilient than the original. We machine the blanks to a high degree of dimensional accuracy, then have them heat treated to HRC 42 - 45. The bearing surfaces are precision ground after heat treating, and the sharp corner where the O.E.M. axles fracture has been re-engineered to allow for a radius, thus increasing strength and eliminating stress risers. The first three photos are of our completed axles. The forth and fifth photos are in-process axles, one getting it's splines machined. These units will only fit the 1700 model tractors with the 22 tooth spline. Some will have a 19 tooth spline (we can do those as well).
