Mid-century Modern Pen&Ink/Watercolor Signed by Savitta Phoenix AZ

Offered is a Ca. 1960 Surreal Painting that pays homage to Picasso. The style, images and dream-like presentation all echo Picasso. Probably because Sivitta was also a Spanish artist and probably studied the master's works and techniques. I have not been able to find out very much about Sivitta, except that he was Spanish and his works that I have been able to locate all are similar to this one. The medium is Pen and Ink and Watercolor. It is painted on very high quality artist paper and signed lower right "Sivitta". It measures 24" x 18", 31" x 25" framed. It is in its original gold wood frame. The matte and backing have been replaced with acid-free materials to protect and preserve this painting. All in excellent condition
