Storage is located in Henderson Nevada we reside in Colorado. We stoped remolding homes in 2017 and moved to Colorado for our new business. We remolded homes for 15 years. We have some New appliances that we never ended up using when we changed over. We purchased these from a cabinetry store that closed down in 2017. These were Showroom display models. If you sign for shipment “Free & Clear” with no shortages & free of damage you as the purchaser have accepted the item AS IS. You would be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier yourself and there is no guarantee it would be covered. IT'S YOUR JOB TO REFUSE SHIPMENT IF IT'S DAMAGED. Missing the Delivery: If you fail to be present at time of your scheduled delivery or if the carrier deems your delivery in a restricted area you will be charged for the return delivery trip.  Curbside Delivery Only: FedEx or any freight company we choose to use is responsible for curbside delivery only. The carrier has been instructed not to offer Inside delivery. It is noted on the BOL to not honor this service, if carrier does an inside delivery you will be charged for this service and it can cost anywhere from $150.00-$350.00 and you will pay these fees on a separate invoice if charged back to me. I recommend you find someone local or some friends to help you move it. Refusing a Shipment: 
If you placed an order then you refused it for any reason other than damage to the package, please note that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less restocking fees and any shipping charges you incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping. As long as product is received back to me undamaged. Cancel a purchase after purchased: If you cancel the purchase after you paid and a week goes by and you have buyers remorse or something and want to cancel the order there is a restocking fee of 15%. You take our product off the market and lock it up from other potential buyer then you will be held responsible for the fees and time spent on this item.
